Detailed information on Maui Ku\'ia Estate 2022 Harvest - 2023 July

Our 2023 July release includes a 48 piece box filled with our chocolate made from the 2022 harvest from our Maui farm. The tanginess that appears to be a signature flavor in our chocolate is complemented by a fruitiness that resembles Meyer lemon or more accurately, preserved Meyer lemon without the salt. As always, the flavor of the chocolate changes over the first weeks and months after manufacture. We intentionally made this one several weeks ago to get it past the initial phase of flavor evolution to a point more representative of its more stable flavor profile.
