Burke Perfecto Caramel is made the old fashion way. Because of the high dairy content our caramel does not stick to your teeth.

We use clean ingredients and our caramel is made with butter. Our caramel is also Gluten Free. There are no trans fats, artificial ingredients or High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Burke Caramel is bake stable, and is used to layer bars. Also, Cut Slab into small

pieces and Pan in Chocolate!
