It is an herbal coffee alternative roasted in the flavor tradition of coffee, yet naturally gluten-free and caffeine-free.

We source our dandelion root from the Pacific Northwest, where the herbs are carefully steamed to reduce microbes while preserving the full integrity of the plant. Each batch is then ground, roasted, and packed by hand in Brooklyn, New York, in small quantities to ensure freshness and flavor.

TO BREWAdd one teaspoon to a tea bag or fine mesh steeper. Boil 8 oz of water to 212°F then pour into vessel. Steep slowly for 10–15 minutes.
