We\'re excited to announce the arrival of this year\'s new crop Jamaica Blue Mountain Grade 1 from Clydesdale Estate! Jamaica Blue Mountain has developed a reputation as one of the world\'s most sought-after coffees.
The Blue Mountain trademark is limited to coffee grown between 910 and 1,700 meters above sea level (masl), in the parishes of Saint Andrew, Saint Thomas, Portland and Saint Mary, Jamaica. Meanwhile, only the most desirable and defect-less lots among these crops have the honor of the Grade 1 designation.
All of this culminates in an elevated coffee experience without any discernable bitterness or acidity and a strong floral profile.
We recommend a pour-over method such as Chemex, V60 or Kalita Wave to fully enjoy the complexity and aromas this coffee has to offer.
