Striped Bourbon is known for faint striping on the cherry skin—a visual cue that signals its rarity and helps explain why the variety is treated with extra attention. Featured in the
Jungle Road tasting set—where every coffee was grown under the same conditions and processed as naturals—it shows what genetics alone can do when the process stays constant. After sorting for ripeness, the fruit dries intact and slowly in covered beds, building sweetness while keeping the profile clean.  Expect floral aromatics over orange marmalade, raspberry, and cherry, with a silky medium‑heavy body and a toffee‑sweet finish that lingers.
