Mode 1

Clockwise, rotate for 2 minutes, rest for 13 minutes. Repeat.

Mode 2

Counter-clockwise, rotate for 2 minutes, rest for 13 minutes. Repeat.

Mode 3 

Clockwise, rotate for 2 minutes, rest for 18 minutes. Counter-clockwise, rotate for 2 minutes, rest for 18 minutes. Repeat.

Mode 4

Clockwise, rotate for 4 minutes, rest for 28 minutes. Counter-clockwise, rotate for 4 minutes, rest for 28 minutes. Repeat.
