Marie Veronique Colorfree Zinc is a product we’ve been waiting years for. YEARS. And we’re happy to tell you that it was well worth the wait. Here’s what we love:

1. It really does go on clear, amazingly. And yes, it’s non-nano!

2. It’s hydrating and moisturizing thanks to a blend of hyaluronic acid and lightweight oils, so it not only leaves skin with a flatteringly dewy finish but also doesn’t dry skin out over time, like many zinc-based sunscreens can.

3. It’s packed with ingredients to boost zinc’s sun-protective power: potent antioxidants like green tea and carnosine, soothing turmeric and ginger, and even spirulina to shield against blue light and help repair UV damage that can unfold after sun exposure, too.

4. The reef-safe formula is also water resistant up to 40 minutes, and it’s fragrance- and essential oil-free.

It may feel heavier than some other sunscreens when you first apply it to the skin, but you’ll then find that it feels lighter as you massage it in, then dries down with a beautiful dewy finish.
