HOT ! Orient Octagon | Pristine, detailed, premium

Sometimes its hard to let go of a piece - this is one of them, because this watch is absolutely stunning.  It\'s hard to put into words how fantastic this one is, but I\'m going to try.This watch is made of gold plated stainless steel.  The rounded octagonal case features a mix of brushed and polished finishes - but the real treat is the bezel.  It\'s vertically brushed on top, and the bevels are polished. This creates some really fantastic contrast, and it\'s a perfect frame for the dial  Overall the case is in excellent condition, with some minor dings and scratches.  The dial here is a glossy black that features both raised horizontal banding but also a \"rain blowing in the wind\" kind of pattern.  I\'m not really sure how to describe it well, but it continues to catch my eye over and over again.  Take a look at the photos and video to see what I mean.  The 12 o\'clock index is an applied trapezoid with polished sides and a brushed top - exactly like the bezel (kill me it\'s so good).  The rest of the indices are applied, polished gold.  The handset are polished, faceted dauphine style.  The bracelet features a mix of brushed and polished surfaces that keep the bezel motif going.  This bracelet will fit a wrist of almost 8\".  Running well on a new battery.Width: 31mm
