  Besides our assembly manual which can be found in your packaging, we also have video assembly guide to help our customers assemble the product. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us.​

• What is the return policy?​

  Returns accepted within Amazon\'s 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing. Be cautious of potential fees for returns lacking seller or Amazon labels. Further clarification can be requested.

• If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?​

  Do contact our friendly CX team with photos of the damaged parts. Rest assured our team will resolve the issue.​

• Can I remove the hutch without leaving any visible marks if I decide I don\'t want to use it anymore?​

  Drilling will be required to fasten the hutch. As such, we’ve included laminate stickers to conceal the screw holes, restoring the cabinet to its original appearance.​

• How many packages should I be expected to receive?​

  Two. You will be receiving two package from us. Packages may arrive at different times due to ground logistics.​
