Nutrition is an anti-aging natural night treatment . At night time, when we are more relaxed (asleep) the body\'s cells regenerate themselves. Therefore a night treatment, where critical nutrients are added to the beauty routine is highly recommended.

Skin Needs & How To Use

For normal and combination skin type. This treatment is recommended for use from your 40th when first aging processes appear. If you have dry skin, we recommend using Moisture Plus or to mix Nutrition with Serenity oil. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Use in the evening after cleansing. Do not massage  and just apply in tapping, so that the lifting effect of the TensUp matrix will not be reduced.

You can use Nutrition during the morning, because it does not include any photo-sensitising ingredients. We recommend using it in the evening to promote a feeling of relaxation (by the essential oils of Rosewood and Vanilla).

Clinical Results

In an independent study, the participants reported:

We recommend heating the product to activate the aromas of the essential oils and applying the cream with light touches or the Tapping technique. In addition, we suggest applying the following acupressure points with significant results in stress reduction scientifically supported (according to this study)  the Shenmen point (located at the top of the ear) and the Neiguan point (located on the wrist).Several studies show that the essential oils contained in Nutrition have anti-stress effects: Rose has been associated with reduced levels of stress and anxiety, Vanilla has shown positive effects in improving mood and relieving stress, and Rosewood has been linked to reducing anxiety and promoting calmness.
