A quality calorifier/water heater, with full features at an affordable price.

The inner tank is welded stainless steel, the outer cladding consists of mirror finish stainless steel with mildew free plastic end caps. High density polyurethane foam insulation (HFC, CFC, HCFC and HFA free) totally fills the space between the tank and the outer casing.

The heat exchanger is AISI 316L grade stainless steel with the large surface area for which ATI are renowned, as marine applications necessitate minimum engine or generator set running times. The stainless theme continues through to the 1.2 Kilowatt electrical heater element made from ‘Incaloy’, which is complete with adjustable thermostat for automatic 230V operation, and a safety cut out. These heater elements are also available in 500 and 800 Watts.

You will find that this quality comes at a very competitive price, which includes the electrical heater element, adjustable thermostat, safety/drain valve and stainless steel mounting brackets. These rugged water heaters have the ability to operate at pressures up to four times atmosphere, which is probably twice the operating pressure of most marine domestic water pumps. They are tested at 8 times atmospheric pressure (102 psi).
