Chic and classic 1960\'s Kiki Hart dress! Done in a luxe chartreuse silk jersey. Deep v surplice neckline, fitted waist with heavy silver trim adorned with rhinestones. Halter neck has hook and eyes at back. Fitted waist and super gathered, super full skirt. Open back. Back zipper. Fully lined in chartreuse satin and the bodice is double lined and is boned...a hallmark of a high-end designer!
