A former lovers knot antique tie pin has been converted into a very beautiful delicate necklace. The knot is stamped 9ct on its slightly bruised reverse and has a tiny old cut diamond nesting in the centre. It is suspended from a central hoop attached to a delicate trace chain also made from 9ct gold.
