Pendant design based on the distinctive native New Zealand Kererū (wood pigeon).
Solid recycled Sterling Silver with double sided design. This is an updated version of our original Kererū design that we have made a bit smaller, and improved the definition of the detail!
The Kererū is a clumsy flier but has lovely colourful plumage and it is easy to get up close for a good look. The scourge of fruit orchards where they love to snack on the fresh blossoms off the trees in Spring. They are an important seed disperser for native trees.
