HISTORIC PROVENANCE

The Dining Table Piazza draws inspiration from a Catalan column shaft (ca. 1130–40) housed at The Cloisters, The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s medieval collection. The original marble-and-stone shaft, from present-day France, is part of the 12th-century Saint-Michel-de-Cuxa monastery. Reinterpreting its serene, simple form, the Piazza table transforms this historical element into a sophisticated travertine masterpiece for modern dining.
