By bonding the ceramic elements directly to the stainless-steel tank surface, these transducers provide efficient energy transfer and consistent signal output during extended operation. To ensure uniform cleaning results throughout the tank, Powersonic™ systems sweep the ultrasonic frequency by 3 kHz to generate overlapping ultrasonic waves. This controlled modulation distributes energy evenly across the bath and prevents the formation of hot spots caused by standing waves in traditional ultrasonic power supplies. By eliminating these uneven areas of activity, operators benefit from predictable, repeatable cleaning outcomes and reduced risk of damage to delicate substrates.
