Our Intersections Round Table celebrates the character and beautiful imperfections of reclaimed lumber. We salvage floor joists from deconstructed early 20th century homes, and buildings in and around Chicago and transform them into stunning pieces of furniture. Our Intersections round meeting table offers both function and form that is ideal for conference, lounge, desk, dining or bar applications. Each table is Hand-crafted in the Mid-western USA.

• Old Growth, Salvaged, Douglas Fir, sustainable solid wood slab plank table top, expertly joined for a flat practical work surface


• Salvaged, recycled planks often have evidence of its previous life and purpose such as nail holes. We plug and fill all these holes for the most practical work surface possible while maintaining the character of the wood


• Choice of 8 different finishes and a commercial grade low VOC top coat


• Small natural cracks in the wood are considered normal and enhance the beauty of the tables


• Leg base made of 1\" x 3\" or 1\" x 2\" square steel tube


• 
  Modern Circular Meeting Table style is available in standard height and counter height


• This item is artisan made. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the wood are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike


• Table dimensions fully customizable


• Metal Legs are standard in our modern steel colored gray but black is also available. Stainless Steel or Custom Powder-coated colors also available.


• Leveling feet glides come standard with each table

Orders placed through our website that ship to the continental 48 US states will ship for free, CURBSIDE or to a business dock only. NO Additional Assistance will be provided

• WHITE GLOVE SERVICE is no longer available. For free and standard freight delivery, the driver will lower the crate off the truck and ask for a signature. Orders exceeding 96\" in any dimension are subject to additional freight charges. No other assistance will be provided with standard delivery. Often pieces will exceed 100 pounds and require multiple people to carry and set up. If you require assistance please consider arranging and outsourcing additional local labor on-site or going through a local moving company to arrange. You will incur additional shipping charges if the delivery renders cannot be met.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Wipe Dust with slightly damp lint free cloth. Clean food and liquid spills promptly. It is advisable to use coasters, placemats and trivets. Use protective pads under hot dishes. Cover the bottoms of all table legs with felt pads.

Do not use furniture polish or products that contain petroleum, alcohol, ammonia, or silicone.

Wood will expand and contract with seasonal humidity changes. Do not expose wood to extreme changes in humidity. Maintain consistent humidity levels of 40-60 % to minimize movement in the wood and prevent warping. Do not place wood in direct sunlight. Over time, air and sunlight will change the color of natural wood. Occasionally rotate the items placed on your wood furniture to allow a more uniform color to develop.

Our Swilley\'s Wood conditioner is only intended to be applied over unfinished wood surfaces. Outdoor tables, should be covered when not in use as direct sunlight and other weather can be very damaging.

WARRANTY

All furniture made by Urban Wood Goods has a 5 year limited warranty. We will repair or replace (at our option) any faulty product deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects. Reclaimed, dimensional planks of lumber have inherent inconsistencies, natural defects and irregularities that are part of their unique nature. These are considered to be desired effects. Solid wood adjusts different times of the year to the moisture content of the air. In a sense the wood breathes. Wood will also adjust to the moisture content of your of space and its surroundings. You may notice your slab wood furniture piece move slightly and develop small cracks or dips. This is normal. Slab furniture cannot be compared to other solid wood furniture pieces. This product will have movement during its life and this is just the nature of natural wood slab furniture.
