Like all Sambboho products, the chokers are handmade in our hometown in Brazil and imported to our inventory in San Diego for fast US shipping. Your order is shipped from San Diego, CA within 2 business days from the day you place your order and it takes in average 3 business days for delivery. Please note that this is an artisanal product and processing time for shipping can be longer when sold out. 

Returns

Our products are so high end, we offer a 1-year replacement guarantee if the product breaks under normal wear and tear conditions.  Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused products only. Just return the product to us and we will give you a 100% refund. Contact support@sambbohoshop.com or sales@sambboho.com and we will provide you with all the returns information within 24 hour. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
