Why Yirgacheffe Coffee Is Special

Yirgacheffe is a small but highly respected region in southern Ethiopia. It sits at 1,800–2,200 meters above sea level.

The altitude, combined with cool air and rich soil, helps develop complex and aromatic coffee beans.
