Micro-lot Palestina, Huila | 2200 MASL
Grown even closer to the sky.
The Geisha That Stopped Me
I’ve tasted hundreds of coffees, But this one… this one made me pause.Normally, during a cupping, you spit the coffee. You taste, evaluate, and move on.But this Geisha was so incredible… I just had to drink it. LOL!
In the video below, you’ll see my real reaction the moment I tasted it while selecting lots for you. No script. No filter. Just awe.
This Natural Geisha grown at 2200 meters above sea level is one of the most aromatic, vibrant, and unforgettable coffees I have ever experienced.
At this altitude, cherries ripen slowly, building extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. The natural process magnifies everything — florals become intoxicating, citrus becomes radiant, and the cup feels alive.
THIS Geisha it rises higher, in n altitude. In rarity. In experience.

Process: Natural
Tasting Notes: Lemongrass, Grapefruit, Floral, Juicy and vibrant
The natural process enhances its aromatic intensity and layered fruit character, creating a cup that feels alive bright yet elegant. This coffee is harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated, and hand-sorted to remove any defects.

The producer of this coffee named, Diego Rodriguez, third generation of Coffee farmers. His family farm in Palestina, Huila, it is the place that this coffee was born and cultivated at 1900 meters above sea level, developing remarkable sweetness and complexity.
Diego’s grandparents, Alfonso Rivas and Gloria Burbano, fled armed violence in Caquetá during the 1980s. Seeking safety and a new beginning, they arrived in Huila and built what would become a three-generation coffee legacy. Today, their children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren continue cultivating these rare Bourbon Papayo trees with devotion, nurturing not only the plants, but the resilience and love that carried their family through reinvention.
