Soft fabric, tie at the waist, elastic neckline and built in slip make this one really easy to just throw on and go! Dress it up with jewelry or grunge it up with boots! The fabric has a beautiful, soft, and almost airbrushed-like floral in blue and off white. Some yellowing under the arms but it\'s hidden by the ruffle. Hidden zipper down the middle of the back.
